  • Using simple terms when describing what is wrong 
  • Encouraging our techs to let you know what they are doing as they work
  • Keeping you informed
    • When you book a Nerd you receive an appointment email with text updates when our tech is on his way to you on the day of the appointment.  
    • You also automatically receive an email invoice or receipt when we are done.

Our entire business model is tailored to meet the needs of our clientele and most of our clients simply need computers to be easier.  We do our best to make this so, improving as we go.
